For horses experiencing atrophy behind the withers, the Prolite Adjustable Wither Pad provides a practical solution. This allows the horse to develop without hindrance and eliminates the need for a saddle fitter to over-flock the panels. The shims can be used to customize the level of support, and can be easily removed as the horse's muscle develops. We recommend consulting a qualified saddle fitter for additional guidance.
