How international shipping works:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT FREE please read:

  1. Choose your products and checkout as normal (delivery will be shown as free at checkout).
  2. We will then provide you with an exact shipping quote and approx delivery time for shipping your order.
  3. If you are happy with the shipping quote we will email you a separate invoice.
  4. If you do not accept the shipping quote then we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
  5. If you accept the shipping quote, as soon as its paid we will dispatch the goods.
  6. Please note that you are liable for all import duties, taxes and other costs that could be incurred for importing to your country.

STANDARD RETURNS

  • You have 30 days to return an item in-store or via post/courier - items must be in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged with labels attached. A full refund or exchange will be issued. We are unable to accept return of items that are not as new and ready to resell.
  • You need to pay the postage cost for the return unless we have sent the wrong item or it is faulty. We strongly recommend you obtain certification of posting with adequate insurance as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit
  • If an item is faulty on arrival you have 48 hours in which to contact us following delivery. Items deemed faulty after this time will be dealt with on a case by case basis directly with the brand manufacturer
  • We cannot accept returns of the following types of products: perishable items including feed, bespoke or custom-made items and items such as underwear that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Riding Hats purchased online must be returned to us only using the manufacturers bags, packaging and boxing that it was sent in. Riding hats and skulls MUST be sent back with at least the same amount of protection that was used when we dispatched them to you. All labels must remain attached to the helmet as new. If any labels or attachments are missing the item will be excluded from the Right to Return set out under the Consumer Contract Regulations.
  • Riding Hats purchased in store following an in store fitting are excluded from the Right to Cancel set out under the Consumer Contract Regulations.
